As a highly sensitive empath, I had no clue how to honor my sensitivity. I would force myself to push through the discomforts of being a highly sensitive person, and as a result, I struggled with anxiety and constantly felt emotionally overwhelmed.

My experience has led me to become a Mind-Body Coach & Holistic Therapist. And now, I bring my expertise in mind-body therapies to give you the tips and tools you need to take back your power and thrive as a Highly Sensitive Person.

My intention is to empower you…

The past ten years of my life have been an unfurling of serendipitous events and synchronicities, leading me to what feels is my purpose.

I’ve become a qualified massage therapist, mindfulness & meditation facilitator, and mind-body coach.

I’m constantly learning and discovering more about what it means to be an Empath and Highly Sensitive, and applying that knowledge to my practice.

Needless to say, if you’re someone who’s always been told you’re ‘too sensitive’, you’re struggling with stress and anxiety, and are easily overwhelmed by your emotions, I get it. And I can tell you it doesn’t have to be like this—your sensitivity won’t always feel like a weakness.

I feel things deeply…

Ever since I was a kid, my sensitivities and empathic tendencies were very apparent. I could feel the world around me and often cried over the smallest thing.

My parents would say I was a worrier, but I couldn’t help fixating on ‘what ifs’ and intrusive thoughts.

I became well acquainted with anxiety early on.

So I chose books, journaling, and cozy comforts over going to crowded parties.

I became a people pleaser to avoid confrontation and any BIG negative emotion.

The truth is I was afraid of feeling ‘too much’, and being called ‘too sensitive’.

I believe in magic…

During my first couple of years in college, the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm became really unmanageable, and I could feel myself constantly burning out.

I was becoming more aware of my sensitivities and empathic abilities, but didn’t know what to do to help myself.

So, I started a meditation practice, became Reiki initiated, and learned body-based techniques to ease my stress and anxiety.

These self-care practices allowed me to accept myself as a sensitive person.

I experienced a complete mindset change, going from feeling guilt and shame over being ‘too emotional’, to feeling that my emotions were actually guiding me moment to moment.

With a little focus & practice, I realised I could shift my emotions…just like magic.

scientifically spiritual…

I’ve always been quite woo-woo & spiritually curious, but I also have a healthy dose of skepticism, so I like having science back things up for me, too.

This combination of science and spirituality is how I run my practice.

I incorporate energy work, meditation, and crystals with neuroscience, bodywork, and somatic practices.

Now, I am here to support you!

Because I believe Empaths and Highly Sensitive People are expert feelers and powerful emotional influencers. We've just never been taught how to process our emotions, and soothe our nervous system through self-care.

And this is my purpose—I'm here to guide you through your own emotional regulation using specific techniques for calming and soothing your nervous system so that you can finally feel empowered around your emotions.
